Gina’s coaching has helped change my attitude from one of resignation to curiosity, particularly around personal agency. I now have agency over how I respond, what I do and what I say. This gives me a lot more freedom to be who I am. Not pleasing people doesn’t mean I’m not a bad person.
Curiosity helps me approach situations to explore while taking a step back.
Gina has taught me that is it possible grow in ways that are not limited to vertical advancement in my career. Growth comes in all forms, rather than just the next promotion, change in circumstance, etc. She taught me to accept the things in my life and in my history that I can’t change but I can still learn from. Where you come from informs who you are and where you may be going, but you do not have to define yourself by your past or in spite of your past.
Without Gina’s coaching, I would still be holding onto old proclivities that made me feel terrible.
I really appreciate the comprehensive approach to all the challenges we discuss. She doesn’t provide one solution to a problem…. She challenges me to think through. Through dialogue, we come to solutions on how to move forward. Other coaches have tried to be more directive with one-solution fits all.
She’s been very patient letting me talk through problems and solutions, unlike other coaches who try to rush. I need more space to talk thru the deeper examination. Her coaching allows me to apply across different scenarios, unlike other coaching I’ve had.
